High-purity oxygen-free copper refers to copper with little oxygen content. It has high purity, high electrical conductivity and high thermal conductivity. It has no “hydrogen disease”, good sealing property with glass brazing , processing property, welding performance and corrosion resistance. Good performance, mainly used for electrical vacuum instrumentation parts.

Copper used in vacuum electronics is required to have an extremely low oxygen content. The control level of oxygen-free copper and oxygen content generally sold in the market is below 20ppm.
